I recently watched a podcast that discussed the effects of making choices on our satisfaction and happiness. In the same week, Tim and I spent some time analyzing a client's site that was (almost overwhelmingly) rich in content and dicussing ways to improve the layout to accomplish goals. This led to some thoughts about what it means to provide choices for visitors to your site and where these choices can lead.
